Class Schedule For Home Inspectors
MASSACHUSETTS INSPECTORS 1. Licensed Home Inspectors and Associate Home Inspectors are required, as a condition of license renewal, to complete a minimum of 12 contact hours of continuing education activities per renewal cycle. A renewel cycle consists of the 24 months prior to each renewal date. 2. Registrants whose license is issued during the 24 month cycle shall have their continuing education activities prorated based on one contact hour per two months from the date of issue to the date of renewal. 3. Only those continuing education activities, which are completed during the renewal cycle, will be acceptable as qualifying continuing education activities for that period. 4. At least four hours of the required continuing education activities shall be dedicated to the 266 CMR regulations including the standards of practice and at least one hour shall be dedicated to professional ethics for each renewal cycle. How To Register: Call: 978-373-2859 or Register Online or Fax Registration NEW HAMPSHIRE INSPECTORS Each licensee shall obtain at least 20 continuing education hours of approved continuing education courses during the biennial renewal period as a condition of license renewal. Continuing Educational Hour Requirements. Continuing education hours shall meet the following criteria: a. Continuing education activities shall be relevant to the practice of home inspection or no credit shall be awarded. Such continuing education activities may include technical, ethical, or managerial content. b. One hour shall be building regulations including any recent revisions to building regulations. |
Note: ALL classes listed are approved for MA & NH home inspector continuing education, except for the Massachusetts 4 hour Core Law & Ethics Class.
Massachusetts Requires 12 hours of Continuing Education. NH Requires 20 hours of Continuing Education. 12 Hour Special = $119 20 Hour Special = $175 The student can choose any 12 or 20 hours and receive the special discounted price.
